The rural vacation accommodation of Antonio and Mariella Falcini lies among the greens hills of the Valle of the Tevere - the High Valley of the River Tiber. It is very close to the little city of Città di Castello - PG - Italy. Which offers visitors evocative excursions, combining history and atmosphere with extraordinary environmental and artistic beauty.
We produce and sell extravergine olive oil, cereals, vegetables, honey, confectionery, local handicrafts and personalized gifts. Our multi-generational experience in agri-tourism makes us attentive and sensitive in organizing and satisfyng the requirements of all our clients.
 A rural apartment of 60 sq. metres accomodation comprises:
-Kitchen - Living room double sofa-bed - one Double bedroom - one Single bedroom - Bath with massage-shower.
The apartment is equipped with TV - CD player - Radio with wake-up alarm - Safe deposit box - Phone - Iron and ironing table - Laundry drying rack - Towels for apartment and swimming pool - and all Bed-linen.
There is also the possibility of the use of mountain bikes for excursions 12 euros/day.
Clients can arrive by car directly at the apartment. Admitted animals.
Rates low* and high season:
90/100 euros per night for 2 people
125/135 euros per night for 3 people
145/155 euros per night for 4 people
160/170 euros per night for 5 people.
Prices include overnight stay, breakfast and services.
(*Low Season: from 15 January to 31 March, and from 15 September to 15 December).
Cleaning and linen-change are available on request, for a supplementary charge of 30 euros.
